Permanent Property Tax Relief
Texas families are stronger when people have good jobs, and get to keep more of what they earn. John Harvey will fight to deliver permanent property tax relief for House District 12, and ensure Texans aren't taxed out of their homes as home values skyrocket.
Empowering Parents
Schools are for education, not indoctrination. John Harvey will oppose radical curriculums like CRT, because parents are the real experts and authority in their kids’ lives. He will always fight to ensure parents have a say in their child's education.
Constitutional Rights
Our right to free speech and to keep and bear arms is enshrined in our Constitution. John Harvey will defend these Constitutional rights and protect the God-given right of every lawful gun owner in Texas to keep America free and protect their families.

Human life must be protected in all of its forms. John Harvey will always stand to defend the unborn, and fight against any attempt to make abortion legal in Texas.
